• An audio visual consultant will sit down and go through your entire project to ascertain your needs
• A scope of work will be created to outline what is needed to achieve the desired results
• Timelines and budgets will be discussed at this stage of the project
• Technologies and systems are reviewed with you in plain English non technical terms so you may understand how we will design and build a system that meets (and most likely exceeds) your needs

Design & Engineering

• Based upon the scope of work of the project individual equipment, materials, programming, creative services, and labor requirements will be outlined
• This part of the process often involves coordination with other trades involved on the project as well as client supplied documents to outline specification of existing conditions of the project site and/or existing equipment
• Our design staff takes pride in providing you with a well thought out and detailed outline of every aspect of your project

Commissioning

• At this stage your project becomes a reality
• AV Planners professional installation staff comes onsite to install all equipment and cabling
• Custom programming is loaded onto equipment and a complete system functionality test is conducted
• If requested a training session is held with you and members of your team to learn how to get the most of out of your AV or Digital Signage system
• A professional deliverables package is put together to hold all of the documentation for system
• A follow up call is made to ensure your complete satisfaction
