Background: Squire, Sanders & Dempsey is a law firm with offices worldwide. The Downtown office of Squire and Sanders is a prestigious office with high profile clients. Squire Sander's downtown office has pieces of art from around the world. The interior was designed in particular to complement their art work from the early Ming dynasty.

Challenge: Squire Sanders wanted to have an Audio Visual system that didn't distract from their interior design. AV Planners designed a system to keep the technology well hidden yet functional and easy to manage.

Solution: Two Conference Rooms One Polycom Video Conference System- Audio System- Eight Shure low profile microphones. AMX control System- Allowing for control of both systems which includes control of the video conference system.
