Audio Visual Services for Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities
AV Planners is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, service and technical support for various audio and video related equipment in various hospitals and healthcare related facilities. Monitor and test equipment according to industry standards, perform site surveys and makes recommendations to design and enhance both new and existing video conference centers. We also document pre-installation, installation and post-installation cutovers and provide produce/system education and in-service for co-workers and end-users. We train staff how to perform video recording, editing, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution to technical issues within Service Level Agreements. Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot AV related hardware and software.
