We’ve helped businesses of all sizes create and design their new conference and meeting rooms with our 3D Room Designer feature. But, to go along with advances in technology and equipment, we’ve decided to add onto the program.
With this new and improved software (coming soon), you can plan out each individual room and customize it to meet your standards. With this and other advanced features, our customers can have a better idea of the equipment options that are available, as well as the esthetics of the overall process. The new program will include:
-Uploading a photo of an individual or customized room or using AV Planners Template
-Determine size and measurements of room(s)
-Drag and drop images of AV equipment – including 60” LCD screen, ceiling speakers, conference room table, plants, iPads, etc. – to create a virtual room of how your finished product will look
-Increased categories to choose from to help with the designing process
-Display is shown in 3D

AV Planners is proud to announce the upcoming presentation of Sony's Video Conferencing System. Come spend a few hours with us as we demonstrate the Sony PCS-XG80/9DS and show all of the program’s capabilities. We’ll also answer any questions you may have, and discuss some of the differences between similar video conferencing systems. Also on display will be a media streaming system. Lunch will be provided during the presentation.

Product Review: With the help of our knowledgeable staff, we’ve put together a page to help show the ins and outs of featured products. Read reviews, ask questions, and get a close up 3D view all from this section of our website.
Projector Calculator: Allows you to enter the make and model of a projector and it will automatically determine the throw distance to and screen size. Use this to help determine the throw distance a number of different projectors. This will allow you to determine what s will best fit in each room, or if a short-throw will be the best fit.
3D Office Designer- This is a 3D room designer that gives you more features than the 3d Room designer. Take a photo --without measuring the room space -- and drop and drag audio visual images from our library into the space from the AV digital library.
