This part of the process often involves coordination with other trades involved on the project as well as client supplied documents to outline specification of existing conditions of the project site and/or existing equipment
Our design staff takes pride in providing you with a well thought out and detailed outline of every aspect of your project
Commissioning
At this stage your project becomes a reality
AV Planners professional installation staff comes onsite to install all equipment and cabling
Custom programming is loaded onto equipment and a complete system functionality test is conducted
If requested a training session is held with you and members of your team to learn how to get the most of out of your AV or Digital Signage system
A professional deliverables package is put together to hold all of the documentation for system
A follow up call is made to ensure your complete satisfaction
